Meet Jasmine

Jasmine Bhangoo, RHC

First and foremost welcome into my world of health and wellness. Ever since I can remember I have always strived to educate myself to practice healthier ways of living. Through many years of research, I have discovered several ways to develop a lifestyle that has benefited my mind, body, and soul. I now want to share my knowledge, and have you experience the same changes that have helped me become the best version of myself. 

The way to a healthier lifestyle is an ongoing journey that does not have to be stressful. Through various diet changes and meditation techniques it is scientifically proven that the body and the brain can transform for the better. The best compliment I can receive is when my clients tell me that they are noticing positive changes in their lives.

Why did I choose to be a Wellness Coach ?

My inspiration for being attracted towards health and wellness goes back to my roots. I have always been surrounded by meditation practices and coaching for a healthy lifestyle. Essence and calming oils were always present in our house, and yoga and breathing techniques were taught to me since childhood.

When I started working full-time, many things changed. I realized how I started loosing healthy weight and how easy it was to get caught up in the stresses of the western world. The days were filled with long hours and it seemed like only fast food was offered when I was hungry. I could see my personality and body changing for the worse and I decided to take control. It was then when I decided to incorporate my ways with fitness and mind training. I started waking up an hour early, just so I could mediate and do my salutations to the sun. I also cut out sugar and fried foods, and began having a more natural diet. Within no time I felt calmer and had an abundance of energy.

I have never looked back and cannot wait to share my secrets with you.
