Have an aura of silence and calmness around yourself..

Everybody wants to do what they aspire for.

If you are working hard, struggle day and night, care for everyone, then your needs must be a priority at the same level.

This shouldn’t be a double thought for people who are around you.

If this is happening, you need to rest and focus on yourself.

How can I find myself? You need distractions from what daily life is throwing at you.

  •  Do you wake up and make yourself a tea or coffee.

  • Do you have a regular routine of exercise?

  • If you need to go somewhere, are you independent?

  • Do you cook your own favourites?

  • Does your routine get distracted by other people’s needs?

These are some of the questions you need to ask yourself at this point, this will distract “you” to find “you”.

It will help you to spend time on yourself.

 In this new world of stress, anxiety, depression and mental health issues, it is very essential to keep your mind happy.
